My Life-Chinese dumpling(自製餃子)

The Chinese love eats dumpling. In the New Year, there is dumpling on the table, the dumpling represents satisfactory with reunited meanings.

The dumpling is also a kind of convenient flour food, incise the flour made-up crust into circular, then wrap vegetables or meat that the child love eat into crust an inside,I feel that Italian dumpling (Ravioli) that am like another form.

I like make dumpling ,because I am a vegetarian, so I wrap vegetable into crust, the child love eats meat, so the vegetable hybrid mince pluses some spring onion and gingers .

This is the new taste, Snap bean and mustard green.

Dumplings can be frozen,when breakfast or lunch,put in boiling water.

自從當媽媽之後,隨著孩子慢慢長大,就在想著餐桌上應該要出現如何的飲食菜色,而這道自製餃子,就是孩子和餐桌上經常出現的,想把喜愛的肉或菜包進小小的麵皮裡,然後放入沸水煮熟,一吃進嘴裡,新鮮的湯汁就在嘴裡,這是多麼滿足的一餐啊,簡單又方便,隨時都可以動手作。

從前總覺得包餃子還得要切碎高麗菜,然後榨乾水份,母親教我另類的搭配法,不一定要包高麗菜才好吃,新鮮的高麗菜可以不用榨水就可以和肉包進餃子裡,這樣吃起來更脆而多汁,而不包高麗菜的時候,也可以用其它蔬菜來代替,像是四季豆或是雪裡紅,味道好極了。
